The Asset Condition is a financial metric to indicate useful remaining life of infrastructure assets based on financial depreciation schedules.

This measure indicates the level of the District’s infrastructure investments to adequately replace and rehabilitate existing infrastructure as well as the value of new infrastructure.  The Asset Management System under development by the operating units will provide additional technical data on the actual performance and integrity of the structural, electrical, instrumentation and controls, and mechanical condition of the infrastructure systems.
